Four Indian males convicted of the gang rape and homicide of a pupil in Delhi in 2012 have been hanged.

Akshay Thakur, Vinay Sharma, Pawan Gupta and Mukesh Singh had been sentenced to loss of life by a trial courtroom in 2013.
